- Mercedes-Benz ELITE Training Program — Universal Technical Institute Custom Training Division, Allentown, PA. 40 Mercedes-Benz training credits across 480 clock hours; graduated top of class, June 2002.
- Universal Technical Institute, Glendale Heights, IL — diploma in Automotive and Truck Technology. 1,890 hours including gasoline and diesel engine repair; graduated top of class, November 2001.
- Mercedes-Benz Education Center, Jacksonville, FL — M- and R-Class introduction, model-year 2005 update, Tech 416 telematics and fiber-optic networking, Tech 421 engine diagnostics and BlueTEC introduction.
